Nordic Horizons returns with a free Zoom event featuring six speakers for insights into the way Nordic nations are learning to live with Covid.
As Scotland re-imposes restrictions on hospitality and the furlough scheme is set to end in a matter of weeks, Sweden’s very different approach to Covid management has grabbed the headlines. But so far its neighbours have had even fewer Covid deaths. So is there anything for Scotland to learn?
The zoom event is from 6-7.30pm on Tue, 27 October 2020 and will be chaired by journalist and NH Director, Lesley Riddoch.
Speakers:
Professor Andrew Newby (Finland)
Professor Peter de Souza (Sweden – works in Norway)
Professor Henrik Halkier (Denmark)
Dr Rebecca Stirzaker (Norway)
Elisabeth Holm (Faroe Islands)
Ingibjorg Agustsdottir (Iceland)
Please register via eventbrite for free ticket. Details on how to get the zoom link with your ticket.
