  Anya Hultberg Anya Hultberg of the Copenhagen House of Food talks to Lesley Riddoch about the amazing conversion of Copenhagen's public kitchens to organic. It is an integral part of the 'Carbon Neutral by 2025 ' plan for Copenhagen.
